LIFES heeft als missie om onderzoek data wereldwijd toegankelijk te maken voor hergebruik.   💡 Feit of fictie? Leeftijd speelt minder grote rol bij ontwikkeling van burn-outklachten dan andere factoren, zoals de psychosociale arbeidsomstandigheden en persoonskenmerken. Dit blijkt uit TNO onderzoek.De mentale gezondheid van werknemers staat de laatste jaren steeds meer onder druk. Werknemers, ongeacht het geboortecohort waartoe zij behoren, rapporteren rond hun 30e relatief veel burn-outklachten.
