When founder Bob Sheetz started the company in 1952, he realized how important it was to bring his childhood values into the workplace. He knew that by sharing these values with our employees, he was helping to build a strong brand. A brand that our employees could be proud of and our customers could trust. We strive to create a great working environment where our employees feel valued. We do this by providing our work fam with the opportunity to grow and instilling a culture of respect.We are a family-owned business and are very proud of the culture and environment we have created and nurtured at Sheetz ❤️

Some of our PA teams got into the Olympic spirit recently, with their very own Olympic games! Districts had a fun-filled day competing against each other for the chance to clinch the trophy 🏆 The day ended with an amazing $3,000 raised for our Employee Relief Fund and a 4-way tie! They're all champions in our eyes 🏅

We're alwayz looking forward, but sometimes it's important to take time to look back at where we started 🤩It's been a pretty epic journey since we started making Sheetz happen in 1952. Who would've thought that one store in Altoona, PA would grow to a family of over 20,000 employees, 740+ stores, and 6 (soon to be 7!) states?
