Send money from an agent location for a cash pickup
Your receiver can pick up your cash transfer as quick as in minutes6at one of our 30+ agent locations1in Guinea-Bissau, or at any of our hundreds of thousands of agent locationsaround the world.
- Go to an agent location.You can find your nearest onehere. Make sure to bring a government-issued ID with you.
- Pay the transfer fee.
- Track your transfer.Upon successful payment, you’ll be given a receipt with your tracking number (MTCN), which you can use totrack your transfer.
- Inform your receiver.Share the MTCN with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pick-up at one of our agent locations. Do not disclose your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.
Send money from an agent location to a bank account
You can send money directly to your receiver’s bank account around the world. You may also check ourdirect-to-bank country informationto know if this service is available in your destination country.
- Know your receiver’s bank details.Typically, you’ll need your receiver’s bank name and code, as well as their bank account number. Learn more about whatbank detailsare needed4.
- Go to an agent location.You can find your nearest onehere. Make sure to bring a government-issued ID with you.
- Pay the transfer fee.
