Fighters’ new home field is planned to inaugurate in March 2023.
Having a corporate philosophy that aims to create a “Sports Community,” our goal is not simply to build a new home stadium, but to implement a placemaking project in which our various stakeholders, including partners, fans and the local community come together to provide a place that gives back to the society.
With a size of 32 hectares, we aim to develop a co-creative community space where future generation live-entertainment coexists with the surrounding nature, well-being is enhanced through providing wellness solutions, and where various cultural activities flourish.
We hope that a diverse group of people, regardless of nationality, age, or gender, gather to F Village to live a better tomorrow. Together we aim to create a Ballpark that becomes a symbol of Hokkaido, the likes of which the world has never seen.

Senior residence and medical mall
A residence for active senior citizens with a medical mall will be developed in the southeast corner of F Village, aiming for completion in the spring of 2024. The project aims to play a role in maintaining the health of people of all ages, from youth to the elderly, and to contribute to local medical care.

Glamping and a experiential outdoor activities
Power Station will offer glamping and an experiential outdoor activities including day camps and BBQs in the grass area on the south side of ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, “BALLPARK TAKIBI TERRACE ALLPAR”. Gas grill and fire pit for BBQ are available on the private wooden deck at 8 lodging facilities. Please spend a cozy time as if you are living in the center of the “BALLPARK”.

THE LODGE
Located in the center of F Village and connecting ES CON FIELD and its waterfront area, THE LODGE will serve as a base for information dissemination in F Village, where visitors can enjoy Hokkaido‘s rich natural environment through a variety of activities, and where new encounters and discoveries can be made. In addition to a store filled with local products where visitors can get to know the neighboring areas, the space will also serve as a tourism hub where visitors can experience outdoor activities and workshops and tour the surrounding areas.
Local Hokkaido materials are used throughout the building, with a gently gabled roof that reflects the majestic mountain range, and an exterior mainly made of Hokkaido-style red brick and Dounan cedar, in a design that blends well with ES CON FIELD. As a warm feeling building that blends in with the nature of Hokkaido, it will be a space where visitors can enjoy the changes in nature throughout the ages.

The shop features the hottest cosmetics and healthcare items, as well as one of the largest travel goods spaces among the AINS & TRUPPE franchise. In addition, it will serve as a new type of concept store featuring food-related items.

ICHIBIKO HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE
This is the first store to open in Hokkaido. ICHIBIKO offers drinks and sweets made from strawberries produced under the concept of “edible jewelry” as “the store for strawberry lovers, by strawberry lovers.”

HUB provides specialty products from Kitahiroshima City and other parts of Hokkaido. The shop will also serve as a base for disseminating information on the region's attractions and will connect tourist to the surrounding region.

SPECIALIZED HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE EXPERIENCE CENTER
An information dissemination base where visitors can experience and discover Hokkaido's unique attractions, Specialized Japan G.K. will open its very first "Experience Center" in Asia. The company-owned store will focus on providing a one of a kind riding experience, including e-bike & road bike test rides and rentals, along with guided tours.
Through cycle sport initiatives, enjoy cruising around the entire area and create an attractive cycling culture unique to Hokkaido.

Camping themed THE NORTH FACE directly managed store, which will offer products and workshops that center children, such as family camp and kids' camp related offerings that take advantage of Hokkaido's rich natural environment.

Private Villa
Fujii Building will build a total of nine private villas.
The private villas will be a private space where guests can occupy the building and grounds, and each building will be stylishly designed uniquely. There will be villas where you can enjoy a sauna while overlooking the new stadium, ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, as well as villas with a full range of facilities and amenities for you and your dog to spend a relaxing stay. Please enjoy your time with your family, friends, and pets at these private villas while feeling the nature of Hokkaido.

A Certified Childcare Support Center
Kids Labo Group will open a certified childcare support center in April 2023.
We would like to support families with small children by providing an environment where kids can freely and safely engage in various activities.

Farm Area
In a corner of F Village, on a site of approximately 3,500 square meters, an agricultural learning facility using Kubota's state-of-the-art agricultural technologies such as smart agriculture was born. Hokkaido University also participated as a technical exhibition partner. Please harvest, taste, and experience the seasonal vegetables grown in our two-story glass houses and open fields.

FIGHTERS LEGENDS SQUARE
The Plaza located in front of the 1st base side main gate is a symbol of continuity from the past to the future of the team. Hokkaido heritage “Ebetsu Bricks” engraved with the name of fans as well as players decorated the history of Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters are arranged in the center of the plaza.

Kids Area
To create opportunities for children to play many sports including baseball, we will construct a children's field of 30-square-meter next to the "playground" in F Village. We hope that a “future Fighter” will be born from the children who have played in the miniature version of the new ballpark.

ES-CON Japan Co., Ltd. decided to build a luxury apartment "Le Jade Hokkaido Ball Park" in F Village.
The two 14-story high-rise residences create a natural environment that matches the landscape of the entire F Village.

HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE
We have adopted “HOKKAIDO BALLPARK,” the term we have been using since the inception of the project, and “F” which resembles not only the “Fighters” but also several important concepts that we cherish such as “Fan,” “Future,” “Forest,” “Fun”, and “Fusion.” These elements are combined with the term “VILLAGE” which expresses our intension to develop an area/district through our project, as well as the star mark which is the symbol of Hokkaido.

With the desire to make F Village "a cozy place where people of all ages can feel the joy of living", we have established a vision for the district. At F Village, you can cultivate the vitality for tomorrow by feeling enthusiasm for live sports and entertainment, a human drama without scenario, and the fulfillment of your life. We will share the vision with various partners and continue to make F Village an even more attractive place.

F Village, which is created through co-creation with partners, will continue to grow in stages even after its opening. Imagine what it will look like 10 or 20 years from now.
F Village and SDGs
F Village will be promoting initiatives that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). F Village will implement the three buckets of sustainable initiatives focusing on children, local community, and partnerships.
Among others, F Village will prioritize activities that promotes children's learning, play and growth since children will be the future of the local community.
- - Free admission to ES CON FIELD for elementary school students and younger.
- - Provide safe play areas for children of all ages, both inside and outside the stadium, as wellas training programs.
- - Provide opportunities to learn about the issues in the local community and to gain workexperience (e.g., simulated experience in baseball team business and game operations).
- - Various dietary education activities
- - Provide a space for people of all ages, from children to adults, to gather and interact, and a place for community development.
- - Provide a sustainable transportation system that is safe and easy to use for all people: Develop transportation using EV buses.
- - Function as a disaster prevention base and regional evacuation site in case of emergency.
- - "All Hokkaido Ballpark Partnership Council" comprised of government agencies, local governments, businesses, and academics in the region, will seek the resolution of various issues through theme-based subcommittees.
- - Promote projects that aim to create general versatility through collaboration and cooperation across industry, government, and academia.
In addition to the above, F Village will explore various other initiatives to create a city that contributes to the SDGs, such as creating jobs that respect diversity, practicing diverse ways of working, and using energy efficiently.
